Cooking

step-0
Measure out the flour in a big bowl. Margarine mixed with flour.
step-1
Add the yeast, salt, sugar, vanilla, egg and milk and mix well with your hands until a soft, elastic dough. Batch 3-4minuty. The dough does not stick to hands and well behind the walls. Different from other yeast dough its thickness. Do not let that scare.
step-2
Put in a warm place, well wrapped in the dough. 40-50 minutes the dough should stand for, just you should have enough time to cook toppings. Nor to press down or something to add not required.
step-3
Carrot boil until soft. In the water did not need to add. If the knife comes without the crunch in carrots, it is possible to drain water and slightly cool, peel. RUB on a coarse grater. All the stuffing is ready
step-4
Our dough came. It was porous and thick, but very soft, elastic. To stretch like the usual yeast dough will not.
step-5
Osipyan piece, roll out the flapjack in the centre and pour the sugar amount to your taste 1-2 teaspoons and top with carrots. Zasiyaet edge and send on a baking sheet, the laid paper. Grease the paper is not necessary. Cakes never stick, even if you just put it on a baking sheet. Grease the top with egg.
step-6
Bake at 180° until light brown, about 20-25minutes. Overdo not suggest, the dough will be dry.
step-7
This dough can be used for making cheesecakes
step-8
Bagels
step-9
You can use a rhubarb filling: peel and cut into small cubes. No processing is required. Put sugar on the pastry rounds the maximum number revna, so settles. The filling of dried fruit: any dried fruit to soak in hot water until the swelling. Mince. Mix it with sugar. If the mass is too dry, add a fresh Apple.
