Cooking
Frozen thawed blackberries grind in a blender. (Someone can confuse the small bones that are present in the berries... Then I suggest to wipe the resulting puree through a sieve or squeeze through cheesecloth. It seems to me that these bones gave an additional charm to the resulting dish.)
Add all the sour cream in mashed potatoes and as follow mix. Set aside the resulting mass to the side and "forget" about it for a while - we'll need it later.
In hot butter fry the onions until Golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Mix onion with sour cream and berry weight, add a tablespoon of sugar and a couple pinches of salt. All grind in a blender.
In hot butter, the rest of an onion, cut in small cubes (about 2x2 cm) chicken. Fry a few minutes until a beautiful Golden brown. When frying, I added a little ground ginger (I just love it) - who does not want, can not add...
Pour the diced chicken sauce, all mix well and simmer with a tightly closed lid until tender, stirring occasionally.
In principle, everything is ready... But to me the sauce seemed a little watery, I added the flour with a small amount of water all once again warmed.
I served with rice, fresh blackberries and sliced thin slices of dried papaya.
Overall, a very nice and original. Tender meat with a blissful sweet and sour sauce blends perfectly with fresh berries and slices of papaya.
