Homemade chicken noodle
Fragrant chicken broth and tender white got the pasta home! What could be better than noodles homemade? How can you compare it with the purchase? Never! I tried to do it once and for all forget the store!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Potatoes

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cook chicken broth. Often we remove the foam and make sure the broth is not very recipesa, otherwise it will be a muddy and unattractive

When the broth is almost ready, grate on a coarse grater carrots and onions finely chop

Fry the onion and carrots in vegetable oil.

Add to the broth the resulting cracklings, and look at our broth just becomes a beautiful Golden color!

Potatoes cut into cubes. (Potatoes need quite a bit. We have the same noodle, but not potato soup!)

Now make the noodles. Take one Cup of wheat flour

Pour a bunch on the Board. Make a deepening in the middle and break one egg.

Add 1 table. a spoonful of water and a pinch of salt. Knead a dough. The dough should get as for dumplings. Let it stand a few minutes.

And roll out into a thin layer.

Then cut noodles into thin strips. Generally for cutting the noodles there are special devices. But since I don't have them (many times asked my husband to give me a pasta maker on March 8!), I stupidly cut the noodles on the line! :)

When the noodles are chopped, throw it in the boiling broth.

Salt and spices are added to taste. I instead of salt and all the spices add the chicken cube.
