Duck breast in honey with cherry sauce. Option lazy
Was going to bake the breast in the best traditions of Petro d anatra con chiodini, but the menu was still cake, fish and salads. Therefore, in order to save time and effort, I decided the process of preparing the breast to simplify - it turned out sooo delicious!! Help yourself!!

Ingredients

  • Breast of duck

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

Put the recipe was not going to, because photos are not enough. Duck breast washed, made small incisions on the side without skin, gently, without damaging the meat. Cuuuute added some salt, coated with cinnamon, nutmeg and honey. The process of smearing has not been removed :-D . Breast I needed for dinner, because all this has done before bed, put it in the refrigerator and forgotten until morning. In the morning, took it out, poured the juice (got a half Cup, I did for the sauce) and its not the best when for you!! ;-)

Breast then put in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for 30 minutes, and made the cherry sauce. The process is elementary, explained that the marinade from the Breasts added to 4 tbsp canned cherries (I have a home, dwarf), has proverila 2-3 minutes, pour in 1.5 tsp of the starch is ready! Pulled breast, sliced, put on a dish and... come again to photograph :-D
