Stewed beef in sauce
Beef stewed in a sauce of sweet peppers, tomato juice and cream.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beef cut into thin strips, simmer with vegetable oil until evaporation of the liquid.

Add the onions, fry. Pour soy sauce.

Then add grated grated carrots, simmer a couple of minutes.

Fill the whole thing with tomato juice (I got this time was vegetable).

If you want more liquid, add water or broth. Simmer for five minutes.

Cut sweet pepper, and simmer a couple of minutes.

And finally add the cream, stir all together, simmer for two minutes and you're done. Instead of cream you can put the sour cream, bright flavor of this dish, sweet peppers and tomato juice, and cream the taste is a bit soft and thin.
