Spaghetti from vegetables
A great side dish for those who are on a diet!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Spices

Cooking

Zucchini, carrots and peppers cut into long thin strips (that were similar to spaghetti).

Onion cut into half rings, fry in olive oil until Golden brown.

To the onions add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. 3 minutes before end of cooking add soy sauce and mix well.
