Turkish pie
The recipe for this cake I saw in one of the cooking magazines. He liked its simplicity and the available set of products. Offer to cook for You. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs.

Add the vegetable oil, yoghurt, semolina, vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Add the flour and baking powder, mix well until smooth.

The resulting mixture pour into a greased form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The finished cake remove from the oven.

To prepare the syrup, mix the sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to boil and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring it. The finished cake cut into serving pieces and pour the warm syrup, leave for 20 minutes so that the syrup soaked into the cake.
