Description
Duck I don't really like (well, that's me!). But it so happened that I gave a good home duck. And it was decided that for a bachelorette party I'd cook it up. The whole recipe was born just because I wanted, firstly, to remove the peculiar smell of ducks, and secondly, because I wanted the bird was not very greasy. And this is what came of it!

Cooking
To begin, I asked my husband to cut the duck into serving pieces. Then I carefully went over (put in separate bowl for those that go for starters, and even excess fat cut off - then for something useful!). And all the matching pieces I put in a large bowl and poured the sauce (cooked according to my recipe) - pickled! And left the duck alone for a few hours, while I sat at work. :-)
In the evening, returning from job, and roasted duck in the pan and sent it to stew in a Dutch oven (Yes! The fat from the pan into a roasting pan - no, no!!!) Meanwhile, start to cook "feather bed". For a start on the rust. oil roasted garlic plate, i.e., made the garlic butter. Do you hear this specific sweet-spicy smell? So, the garlic is ready! It is possible to remove it from the pan, but I left it - let him be!
Luke I take so many. Of course, you can and less, but we soooo love! Cut it you need big rings:
So I coarsely chopped the mushrooms into quarters:
Now throw the onion, and mushrooms to the garlic. And fry until a beautiful Golden color. By the way, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste! And I still grain mustard added. I love it...
Now spread on to the center of a big plate of boiled potatoes, sprinkle it with dill. And all around lay the mushroom bed. She spread the slices of braised duck (sauce is not watered! It is possible to "negoti" the next dish! ;-) ) Oh, by the way, I don't duck salted and peppered't have quite enough of all that she has absorbed from adzhika. Bon appetit!!! Help yourself!
