Summer is not far off, the figure needs to be monitored, and sweet, sometimes you just want... well I have a good oatmeal cookie recipe! Ideal for breakfasts and quick snacks (in the morning!). A set of four simple ingredients likely that you will find in any kitchen. Bon appetit and fun you diets!

Cooking
In a bowl mix the basic ingredients: yogurt, cereal and mashed bananas with a fork (you may do this in a blender to pyroniobate, but a fork handy).
Thoroughly rinse and dry the raisins. Add to the mix. Mix. Add cinnamon, nutmeg if you want a more fragrant cookie.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cookie sheet cover with paper or foil, grease small amount of vegetable oil. With a spoon put the mixture to get a little "washers" cookies. Bake for 15-25 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned and a little "hardens" at the top.
The cookies come out a little "wet" inside. But this adds to their appeal. Carefully separate the pastry from the paper or foil! Better wait for the cookies to cool a bit. Enjoy your tea!
