Pancakes for the sweet tooth
These pancakes are real sweet tooth. Very tasty and super sweet!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    90 g

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

Combine all the ingredients for pancakes. Add the vegetable oil Oleina

To make pancakes

For the meringue beat the egg whites and 60 grams of sugar until peaks. To isolate cooking bag small meringues.

Bake at t-100* for about an hour

Grind into crumbs

For the cream whip the milk and butter room temperature

Pour the crumb meringue (quantity can adjust according to your taste)

Nuts grind in a coffee grinder and add to the cream. Stir. (nuts can take to taste)

To the cooled pancake put a small amount of filling, dispensing and wrap in a tube
