Sorry no the first steps of preparation, but I think they will be simple and understandable for everyone (even beginners). Washes the mushroom, remove the mushroom stem. The ready cap is put on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet. Legs mushrooms finely chop and add to stuffing. Add the finely sliced onions. The obtained mince and fry until almost cooked. While salt and pepper are added to taste.
At the bottom of each mushroom cap, put the mayonnaise (it is desirable to grind around the base of the cap), fall asleep on top of fried meat. Put in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Three on a small grater cheese. After the end of the cooking time sprinkle mushrooms on top of beef and cheese. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes. Everything is ready. You can eat hot and cold. Can be served with side dish, can as a separate dish. Bon Appetit!!!
