Warm salad
Very tasty and beautiful salad that is good warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Black pepper

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces

Potatoes cut into thin strips and cover with boiling water for 5 minutes, then recline in a colander, not a lot dried. Carrots and cucumbers cut into thin long strips

In hot oil fry the chicken meat for one minute, add to the vegetables and continue to fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes.

Add the coriander, black pepper, chopped garlic and pour soy sauce, mix thoroughly and switch off. Give the salad to brew for a few minutes.

Now decompose a La carte, or as You like, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sprig of cilantro! Bon appetit!!!
