My peppers, I cut into halves, remove the stem with seeds. Put the peppers on a baking sheet and drizzled with olive oil. Cover the pan with foil and send it for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Then another five minutes to bake without foil.
While peppers bake, prepare the stuffing: telapiya fillet was milled in a blender (not in my household meat grinder...).
In a skillet fry mushrooms with onions, and then was milled in a blender (this time from save time the mushrooms are not fried and the onion is added, but also it turned out juicy).
All the components of the meat pieces, salt-percha, sprinkle of dried herbs.
Get the pepper from the oven, each put the stuffing, again sprinkle with olive oil.
Because mushrooms are not fried, I decided to grease with mayonnaise.
Cover each pepper with cheese slices. Baked until tender.
