Offer you to try my favorite recipe of nests! In it, you could say, combined two dishes - delicious pasta and creamy Julien! For my taste - delicious! Great dinner for the whole family or for a romantic feast for two. Prepared from basic products is very simple and fast! I would be glad if you this recipe will also have to taste!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Pasta

    6 piece

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry, stirring constantly, in butter until tender. The chicken should be ready, but in any case, not overdone! Season with a little salt and pepper. Include heat the oven to 180 degrees. And put on fire water for boiling the nests.

Onions cut in thin quarters of the rings. Mushrooms finely chop. Warm up in a clean frying pan butter and fry the onion until transparent, stirring constantly, avoiding scorching. We need a creamy taste, so we all fry in butter.

Add to the onions and mushrooms, stirring constantly, fry for a few minutes. Again, avoiding any burning, so as not to spoil our taste.

Add to the pan cream and fried chicken. Simmer several minutes, stirring, until the sauce begins to thicken. Add salt to taste and pepper. Peppers don't need much.

Around the same time the water boils. Salt. Drop the nest and boil them until tender. The cooking time indicated on the pack.

Coat the baking pan with parchment paper and gently spread the boiled nests. Nests from the pan it is best to get with a skimmer. In the middle of each nest put the chicken and mushroom creamy mass. In the nest make a hole in the middle, to make it easier.

Sprinkle top with grated cheese. And put in heated oven for 7-10 minutes.

    Спасибо за рецепт! Получилось очень вкусно и грудка нежная, только сами гнезда у меня развалились пока я их доставала из кастрюли, пришлось перемешать это все, но хуже от этого не стало)
