Veal cut into strips and pickle (10 minutes) in soy sauce,adding salt and black pepper.Then begin to fry in a well heated pan.
Onion cut into 4-5 pieces and sprinkle with soy sauce.Then add to the meat in the pan.
Immediately add bell pepper and asparagus.It's all good protussive (25 min).
