Cooking
For oatmeal crumb: combine the almond flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, add the clipper oil, and grind with hands until crumbs. Put the mixture in the refrigerator while You prepare the dough.
For the cake: mix the cheese with the softened butter and sugar, add egg, stir well with a whisk.
Add to the mix the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, salt and almond flour. Thoroughly stir the mixture. Add cranberries and mix again. Put the dough in a greased form (I have a paper form with a diameter of 18 cm).
Put on the dough apricot jam.
Sprinkle oatmeal on top of chilled crumbs. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 C oven for about 45 minutes before Browning. If top of cake starts to burn, cover it with foil. The willingness of cake check wooden skewer.
