Pitas with poppy seeds vegetable
Easily replace bread, especially in the post. For us in childhood it was a real treat during lent.

Ingredients

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Mac

    100 g

Cooking

Sift the flour through a sieve.

Add salt, 1 tbsp sugar, soda, slaked vinegar, 1 Cup of warm water, knead the dough. The dough d. b. soft.

Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Emminem again until smooth and blended.

Roll out the dough sausage and cut it into several pieces.

Roll out into a pellet with a thickness of 0.5 cm is OK Spread on a baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 5-7 min. at t 200C. Turn over, bake another 5 min. OK, (needs to be a little dry). Take out, fold pile. cool.

Take a deep bowl. Pellet breaks into several pieces, place in a bowl. Pour a glass of clean water. Pellets will absorb water.

Pour the sugar, poppy seeds, cover with a lid and gently shake. Poppy and sugar mixed with pieces of tortillas. The sugar can be substituted for syrup, honey, it all depends on taste and imagination.
