Makaroshki with green peas
Well, pulled me in the Italian variation.... (Recipe specially borrowed from girlfriend)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    450 g

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Roots

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pasta to boil in salted water until fully cooked. Drain.

Tomatoes finely chopped, add mayonnaise, ketchup, tomato paste, spices and fry in a skillet.

Add the peas without the liquid. Fry for another 5 minutes.

Mix the resulting sauce with pasta.

Serve with greens. BON APPETIT
