Probably making Apple pie able every. Unfortunately, to call this beautiful cake diet does not, but I experimented, and the result exceeded all my expectations. Delicious, low-calorie and unusual wonderful treats for tea!

Cooking
Separate the yolks and whites. Add the yolks to the sugar, proteins and salt.
The yolks with the sugar, beat white. Whites with the salt until stiff.
To the yolks add sifted flour, mix well.
Gently into the dough add the beaten egg whites and stir.
Peel the apples, cut away the peel and remove the core. Leave half of one whole Apple. The rest is cut into small pieces, add to the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix well.
Form cover the paper, pour the dough, top grate remaining half of Apple, spreading across the surface. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. Put in preheated oven to 180C degrees and bake 30 minutes to an hour (depending on the size of the form. If the layer of dough in it is not thick enough and 30 minutes). Check pie with a toothpick, pierce the center and if the toothpick remains nothing, then the cake is ready!
