Cooking
Make the filling for salad: cook rice, boil eggs, finely chop the onion and eggs. In vegetable oil fry the chopped onion. Add to it the boiled rice, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Put boiled eggs, stir, beat two raw eggs and bring to readiness.
Carefully clean squid without damaging their integrity. Omit them for 3-5 minutes in boiling water, remove and cool. Cooked mass to fill the boiled squid and put them in a deep bowl. I put in a deep plate. On a grater to grate the cheese, squeeze the mayonnaise in it and mix well. Smear this mixture into the squid and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
