Pie with tofu and spinach
Vegetarian pie. Preparing easy. You can quickly prepare and go on a picnic. Delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    1 pack

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

Cooking

Leeks cut into half rings.

Fry in olive oil for about 3 minutes.

Add thawed spinach and continue to simmer another 4 minutes.

Tofu cut into small pieces and attach to the spinach. Heat another couple of minutes.

In warm water dissolve yeast. Add salt, sugar, olive oil, flour. Knead elastic dough.
