Almond pancakes under tender cream sauce
Continuing the theme of carnival, I want to share another idea. Incredibly flavorful, fluffy and tender pancakes with almonds, the gentle coconut cream.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

  • White chocolate

    190 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Let's start with the cream sauce. Here are the ingredients we will need. Better prepare in advance since it will take about 4 hours for rest in the fridge, I made it in the evening and in the morning baked muffin.

Cream mix with coconut add a pinch of salt. And heated to a temperature of about 60-70 degrees. Remove from the heat. Add the broken white chocolate and stir until it dissolves

In the bowl of a food processor with knife grind the cheese slowly adding the melted chocolate. Refrigerate until it thickens.

Preparation of the dough, start with the almonds. If you want it can pre-clean the skins, I left them. Almonds grind particle size is from about a poppy seed.

Then fry in a dry frying pan until Golden brown. And pour the water and milk. Give to boil. Then boiling the mixture pour in a bowl where we will knead dough. And enter the 4 tablespoons of flour with vigorous stirring so that lumps were not.

Give the almond mixture to cool. Add in the alcohol, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and salt, introduce 3 more tablespoons flour and baking powder. Mix and add the oil.
