Thawed the fish, washed.
Made this spravochku: squeeze the juice of half a lemon, finely chopped fresh herbs, added to juice, spices, soy sauce and well mixed.
The fish was wiped dry with a cloth, rubbed the marinade on both sides. Since fish is very delicate, did not dare to ice cream, and just left 1 hour.
Now, cut the foil, put on her fish, I put 2 - 1 portion, lemon top, and a good close up of the region.
I cooked in the rice cooker, so I was comfortable. Can be steamed in any way, I can even bake.
After 15 minutes the fish is ready. Garnish - boiled rice. Yum!!!
