Cooking

step-0
Here are the necessary ingredients. There are only three. :)
step-1
First step: soaking the meat. Place in a large bowl a piece of meat. Fill it with a solution of salt water so that the meat was completely covered with water. Focus on a piece of meat. 1 kg of meat you need 1 tbsp. of salt. Leave the meat in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
step-2
Second stage. After the 24 hours, remove the piece of meat from brine, blot well with a paper towel, make the meat a few holes with a knife and place them in the garlic cloves. The garlic cloves can be pre-cut into halves/quarters.
step-3
Third step: boiling. Place the meat in a sleeve for baking. With the two sides sealed the tie sleeve with clip for closing. Place in a large saucepan, cover with cold water.
step-4
Simmer meat for 2 hours. If you have a large piece of meat (2-3 kg), increase cooking time to 3 hours.
step-5
In the process of cooking a package of meat needs to inflate, as it should be. This means you hermetically closed sleeve, and the meat is cooked in its own juice.
step-6
After cooking, remove meat from pan. Carefully cut the sleeve, remove the meat and the resulting broth pour into a container. I the broth is poured into silicone forms and freeze to later add to various dishes: soups, soups, vegetable stews, etc.
step-7
Meat allow to cool, wrap in parchment and put into the refrigerator before use. Cut into thin slices (slices) and serve cold as a snack. The meat is absolutely delightful: tasty, tender and, most importantly, absolutely natural. Bon appetit!
