Kuyrdak Russified
The option of the Kazakh national dishes. Delicious, easy and inexpensive. Classic kuyrdak is made from lamb offal and no potatoes, but the lamb hardens quickly. So I prefer to do it from beef.

Beef lung or beef - 300 gr. The liver and heart beef - 300 gr. Fat(you can substitute vegetable oil) - 200 gr. Potatoes - 10 PCs Carrots - 2 PCs Onions - 4 PCs Seasoning for kuyrdak: nutmeg, ginger, black pepper, chili, Basil, onions. paprika, cumin, garlic, salt(copied from the packets of seasoning), the Number of products this approximately 3-liter cauldron
