Cooking
In a blender, beat eggs, sugar, add flour and zest. Whisk.
Grease the baking sheet with butter, pour half of the batter from the blender. Sprinkle with berries (variations can be - pears, apples - also very tasty), top with vanilla sugar.
Pour the remaining batter in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (depends on oven).
And voila. Tea cake is ready.
