Apple pie
a friend brought a bag of apples, we made jam and pie still left ; -)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Milk

  • Apple

    750 g

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

In the bowl beat butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until white.

Add the eggs well beaten, then the flour, baking powder and milk to mix.

Form to cover with paper and put the dough.

(from me this time small apples, delicious but take longer) wash the Apples to remove seeds and spread on the dough, sprinkle coritsol in the oven for 40-50min, 180* Germans served this pie with whipped cream or vanilla sauce. Bon appetit!
