Eggs of cocot with mushrooms
Very original. For Breakfast on Sunday just perfect.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Cream

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

Fine to wash mushrooms. If not very small, then cut into small pieces. Vegetable oil to heat in a frying pan and put the mushrooms. Simmer until all water is evaporated. Add the finely chopped onion and fry until tender.
