Meat loaf in mayonnaise
Saw this recipe in a magazine and decided to try it! I liked it!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Dill

    1 tsp

In forcemeat add the grated onion, egg, soaked bread, salt, pepper and kneaded as follows. Vystelim the meat on the foil and shape of the rectangle.

Spread on the middle of prunes.

Turn the loaf and wrap in foil.

Bake the loaf in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool slightly. Expand.

Spread in roll form. And prepare a mayonnaise dressing. To do this, dissolve gelatin in milk, allow to cool slightly and mix with mayonnaise. Salt, pepper and add the dill. Still time well and thoroughly mixed. Fill the roll with mayonnaise and put to harden in refrigerator.

In order to roll well separated from the form there are two ways. You can cover the form with cling film, which is very convenient or if you suddenly forget to do this, simply dip the form in hot water just for a few seconds.
