Somehow on one site I saw these cutlets of meat and decided to make fish. Not bad and quite tasty. And as was happy with my boys, seeing such colored cake...

Ingredients

  • Chum

  • Cod

  • Vegetable oil

Fillet two types of fish to season with spices and leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Next, slice into thin strips.

Now we begin the weaving. Remember how in school on labor? Take four red strips of salmon and lay over each other.

Next, white strips of cod begin to weave like linen.

In a pan heat oil and fry our braids on both sides until Golden brown. Before filing on the table a toothpick to gently pull out.
