Cake
Lovely muffin, crisp and fragrant. Nothing complicated, but good for evening tea.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    0.75 cup

  • Peanuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

To prepare products to have everything at hand.

Melt butter, add sugar and grind.

Drive egg, stir.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, vanilla sugar and knead the dough.

Add walnuts,

Peanuts and coconut flakes. Mix thoroughly.

Put the dough in the form greased with oil.

Bake at 180*C until ready.

Put the cake on a wire rack and cool.
