Buckwheat with the liver in honey sauce
Dishes from the liver of a very healthy, tasty and budget, there are many recipes for its preparation. Liver this recipe turns out very tender and juicy, with a delicate aroma of honey. Cooks very quickly and is perfectly suited to crisp the cooked buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

  • Buckwheat

  • Soy sauce

  • Tomato paste

  • Honey

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

Liver wash, cut into small pieces. I have chicken liver and rabbit.

Add starch, 1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper, garlic, passed through the press. Peremeshaem and leave for 30 minutes.

Boil the buckwheat. I use buckwheat in bags TM Mistral. It is very convenient, economical and simple.

Boil salted water, put back the bag of buckwheat. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Then let the water drain out. Open the bag and add the butter.

While the water is boiled and cooked buckwheat, prepare the pickled liver. Prepare the sauce: in a bowl pour the soy sauce. Add the honey, tomato paste and all peremeshaem.

Add marinated liver and fry for about 5 minutes.

Add sauce, stir and simmer on low heat covered for about 15 minutes.
