Unleavened pie
I'm a big fan of baking, especially all sorts of pies, both sweet and savory. Yeast dough like, but for my body it is hard. Therefore, I think today I have a cake like this.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

Break an egg into a bowl and mix it with salt.

Kefir slightly heated to room temperature (I do this in the microwave) and add to it a soda. Quickly stir until the yogurt will not start foaming and will not increase in volume.

Pour the yogurt into the bowl with the egg, add the vegetable oil and mix everything until smooth.

Then the parts add sifted flour.

At the end of kneading add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Gather the dough into a bun. Long knead not necessary. It will be a little sticky. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for an hour.

While the dough is resting, cut the quartered onion. Fry in a pan until cooked, finally add a teaspoon of soy sauce.

On a coarse grater grate the cheese.

Fry the minced meat until cooked. In the end add the yogurt and stir. Remove the heat and allow to simmer for another couple of minutes. The spices in the mince and put to taste.

The filling is ready, you can begin to assemble the pie.

Take the dough several times obtinem it to make it smooth. You have to probility flour.

And begin to roll out in a large rectangular formation. Roll out quite thin, 2-3 mm thick.

Then spread on the dough ground beef, onions and cheese.

Here's a fairly thick loaf it turns out.

Now roll need be made thinner and stretch. To do this, moving from the center roll to the edge, crimping the roll with both hands, carefully stretching it. Do not overdo it, otherwise the stuffing will tear the dough.

Then twist the roll a spiral like a snail house. The tip of the roll are folded at the bottom. Greased pie with egg. And put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. I baked the pie for 35-40 minutes.
