Spicy beef jerky
I offer you, meat alternative snacks from the supermarket. The shelf life of such meat is not restricted, therefore, to prepare it for the future. The only negative is the meat ends very quickly)) help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Beer

    100 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Slightly frozen meat cut into slices thickness of 2-3 mm.

Garlic RUB on a small grater, add finely chopped onion and thyme.

Then add pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, beer, and soy sauce. Mix well.

The obtained marinade, pour the meat and send it in the fridge for 24 hours.
