Cooking
Duck liver flush 3-4 waters, cut into wedges.
Put liver in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put on medium heat, lightly fry for 2-3 min.
Onion cut into half rings.
Add liver to onions, fry the liver with onions an additional 2-3 min.
Then add 1 teaspoon of flour, mix the liver with the flour.
Add the cream (3/4 Cup), add salt to taste and black pepper. Mix well. Simmer further 3-4 mins until thick. If the sauce is too thick, add a little boiling water.
Add spicy dried herbs. The pan cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes Total cooking time of duck liver in cream should not exceed 15 min.
Duck liver, braised in cream finish. For a garnish you can cook stew with carrots potatoes, boiled rice, buckwheat and pea porridge, etc. Bon appetit!
