The recipe is simple and cheap (so to say economy class). You can cook any dry fish. I did with cod and haddock, and Pollock. But if to carp, so this is a SONG ????, yum. In the recipe lot of onions. So, here's our products.
Wash the fish and dry it thoroughly with paper towels. Cut onion into half rings (do as you like, it does not matter). In a skillet fry the onion lightly add salt and add dry seasoning "Provencal herbs".
Fry our steaks with 2 tbsp oil on high heat each side for 1 minute.
Three on a small grater cheese, add 2-3 tbsp of sour cream and chopped greens. In the remaining sour cream, add 0.5 tsp. sweet paprika (you can not add!).
For the fish first, put the sour cream ( which is pepper), then fried onions and top the sour cream with cheese and herbs. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for a few minutes ( 5-7 minutes ) on very low heat.
