Steaks chum salmon under a fur coat onion stewed in creamy cheese sauce. Hello, dear cooks! This is my first recipe ( prior to this was marked only in the "Useful advice". The recipe is simple and cheap (so to say economy class). You can cook any dry fish. I did with cod and haddock, and Pollock. But if to carp, so this is a SONG ????, yum. In the recipe lot of onions.   • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Seasoning

Wash the fish and dry it thoroughly with paper towels. Cut onion into half rings (do as you like, it does not matter). In a skillet fry the onion lightly add salt and add dry seasoning "Provencal herbs".
