For this cake I used the homemade dough, because the store does not suit me on quality and that puff pastry I have not found. Preparing the dough is easy enough, and I liked the result. Can't say really how it corresponds to the name " puff ", but the recipe I found on the Internet under this name. If you buy the dough, it will need 880г. So, prepare a yeast dough. To do this, dissolve in warm milk yeast salt and sugar and beat in half the flour. Put the dough in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
After 30 minutes the dough should be smooth, increased in volume. Add to it the eggs, and 45 g of butter. All mix well.
Add remaining flour and leave in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Then roll out the dough into a large rectangle with a thickness of about a centimeter and distribute it to all the remaining oil.
