Cooking

step-0
There are several ways of cooking this dish. There is a recipe in which vegetables are fried separately, separate the meat, prepare the sauce. Then all mixed, and stew until ready. I prefer the kitchen on a budget recipes and a minimum of dirty dishes. Moreover, in summer you can find a more enjoyable experience than standing in a stuffy kitchen. Offer you a simplified version of this recipe. Take the pork (slightly thawed), cut into wedges.
step-1
Fill the meat with the starch, stir.
step-2
In vegetable oil fry the sliced strips of bell pepper and onions. Fry over high heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
step-3
For vegetables put the pork, fry all, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
step-4
Ginger and garlic wash, peel, shred. Can be grated, I prefer a knife.
step-5
Put in the fried pork chopped ginger, garlic and chilli, stir.
step-6
Add the honey. Stir.
step-7
Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir. Add salt as needed, I usually have enough salt from the sauce.
step-8
Bring the meat until done, until the sauce thickens, on low heat for about 15 minutes.
step-9
The meat is served hot. Garnish - rice, vegetables, herbs. Bon appetit!
