Proper nutrition is good.. But I wanted to diversify the menu and treat yourself to something tasty.. that will not cause significant harm to the figure. Wanted to cook chicken in a new way, the taste was interesting-unusual, and how to order on the Internet I came across this wonderful recipe! Decided to share it with you. Fillet on this recipe turns out very juicy. The ingredients were taken at a minimum, on trial. If You like the combination of tomato, Basil and mozzarella - suggest portions to increase, as it turns out sooo delicious! Easy to prepare and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Basil

    6 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Prepared fillet. Make cuts, add salt. Put in a mold for baking, tentatively smeared a small quantity of olive oil

Then grease the dish with sour cream and sprinkle with pepper (I sprinkle with mixture of peppers). Sent in a preheated 180° oven for 35 minutes. (My oven has enough time to fully cooked meals)

Here's a delicious chicken turns out in the end. Can be used as a garnish or without. The photo with the mashed potatoes. Option diet without garnish or with buckwheat/rice. - whichever they prefer. Bon appetit!
