Description
Budget option of buckwheat on-kupecheski, but no less delicious. A delicious and simple dish, easy to prepare. Buckwheat turns crisp and very juicy.

Cooking
Onion crumble a cube
Carrots to RUB in a large grater
Garlic chopped not very finely
Buckwheat rinse with water
First fry onion until transparent
Add carrots and fry all together until soft
And immediately add the mince, mix everything together and leave to fry until cooked minced meat. Add salt and pepper.
When the beef is prigotovilsja, add 2 tbsp of tomato paste. Mix everything together and leave to stew for 5 minutes
Spread the stuffing in a baking dish
On top of the stuffing spread the rinsed buckwheat
Fill our the resulting layers with water. The water should be approximately 1 finger above the buckwheat. If not sufficiently salt, add a little more salt.
Close the form with a lid (or foil if no lid) and put in oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on power of oven. My missing 30 minutes.
Get through the specified time, the buckwheat from the oven, I stirred to the top is not crusty. Juicy and tasty buckwheat on-kupecheski ready. Bon appetit!
