Rabbit braised with white wine and rosemary
Made this recipe and she was surprised! Delicious!. The rabbit is soft and tender.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1 kg

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Rosemary

    2 tsp

  • Wine white semi-dry

    200 g

  • Water

    100 g

  • Butter

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp
