Cheese cakes with wasabi and cereal
Savory cheesecakes will please not only fans of sushi, but their opponents. Wasabi adds a very nice touch.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Wasabi

    1 Tbsp

  • Flakes cereal

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar, and wasabi. Add salt to taste.

Add 5 tbsp of the cereal, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes. I do the same in the evening, put in the fridge and in the morning cook

Pour 1 tbsp of cereal in a bowl. Roll each cheese cakes and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until tender (3-4 minutes each side)

Serve with pickled ginger, but this is of course optional, but advised. Bon appetit!
