German poppy seed cheesecake
Sand cake with jam or berry are nothing new. But how about this? The fragile crust, cheese-poppy-seed filling with vanilla notes... Tasty sounds? Please go and try!

Prepare the filling. In large saucepan melt butter; add sugar and milk, bring to boil, turn it off.

Add the poppy seeds, pour the semolina in a thin stream.

All stir until smooth, leave for 15 minutes. A couple of times during this time will have to stop, grind the lumps. Get a thick mass.

And we still beat with a mixer cottage cheese and egg, add vanilla essence... At the end of the desired time, add the cheese to the pan with the filling.

We take out our base, we spread on it the filling and top with remaining crumbs.

And send the cake (in the Holy fire of the Inquisition - crossed out) in the oven. 180 degrees Celsius for about an hour.

Here it is =) the Cake is cool and kept for a while in the fridge so that the mixture thickens.
