The Foundation took the recipe for pumpkin bread, some made it useful and pitched at the buns for beautiful eating. The kids appreciated!!!

Cooking
Cut the pumpkin cubes and cook until soft. You will need about 150ml of water. Drain the water and blend the pumpkin to a blender to puree.
Mix a teaspoon of sugar, yeast and a little serum. To wait until is formed a magnificent hat.
Knead the dough. I kneaded in the bread machine. According to the instructions for my stove, first pour the serum, add the pumpkin puree, the yeast mixture, salt, remaining sugar, flour and wholegrain wheat flour, sesame seeds.
Put the dough mode. If the dough is watery, add it in the kneading process a little flour.
In 1.5 hours the dough should rise.
Sprinkle with flour a silicone Mat and spread it on the dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts, approximately 130-140 grams. each. Make a ball and place it on a baking sheet or in my case in muffin tins.
Leave the buns to rise for about 20 minutes. Then with a knife make incisions double cross, simulating a pumpkin.
Whisk the egg with the milk. This mixture lubricates the rolls and put them in a preheated 180 deg. the oven.
Bake rolls 15-20 minutes. Check with a wooden toothpick for readiness. Bon appetit!!!
Highly recommend to fans of the rump. It turns out thick, flavorful crust and great crumb, nice yellowish color.
