The products that we need. Rinse the raisins, soak briefly in warm water (if the raisins are fresh, you can not soak), drain the water, raisins dry. Finely chop nuts. Eggs to warm to room temperature.

Vystelit form parchment or grease with margarine (I always greasing with margarine, never stuck), put it in the form of a single layer of dough, prick the dough in several places with a fork. Evenly spread the dough on the jam/jam/jam (this time I got Apple jam, and fresh brewed specially for cake) on top evenly sprinkle with nuts and raisins.

Cover with the second layer of dough, prick the dough in several places with a fork, brush with beaten egg yolk.
