Broccoli for the kids
Delicious, healthy, crunchy cabbage with garlic and quail eggs. My little one says yummy and asked for more, and that's rare. Hope will need a prescription and all nicocure would be happy there.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Quail egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil broccoli in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Grind in a little slice of the loaf, add chopped small cubes garlic, mix well.

A baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, put the broccoli, drizzle with oil.

Break the eggs, sprinkle with crumbs with garlic and send in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. PS If into crumbs add the grated Parmesan and Basil, and adults will appreciate.
