Beans with carrots and onions at home
Cook this dish regularly for the past six months due to the high content of protein in the beans. I recommend to all those who want to gain muscle mass or just not to gain extra pounds of fat. Note: In 100g of kidney beans contains 24g of protein. Eat right! Tasty and healthy

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

Prepare your ingredients:

Pre-soaked beans put in boiling water, sprinkle with salt, cover and cook until tender about 30 minutes.

While the beans is cooking, prepare vegetables. Chop up onions (you can use the blender), grate carrots (I had grated and frozen). Press out the garlic and mix everything.

In a glass of boiled water add the tomato paste and stir. On a heated frying pan (without adding oil or to taste) put vegetable mixture and immediately pour it tomato paste with water. Simmer until almost full boiling water.

When the beans is cooked, drain the water and put into a large bowl. There also add the prepared vegetable mixture. Stir. Bon appetit!
