Cooking

step-0
All products must be at room temperature. In warm milk add 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and yeast. I use the yeast SAF moment. Leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes until "cap"
step-1
Mix: egg, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, yeast, gradually adding flour, knead the dough. Flour may take less or more ( depending on flour). The dough should not be steep, and soft. Sprinkle a bowl with flour, put the pastry, cover with polotenechko and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
step-2
While the dough "Matures", pour the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes, drained the water, dried on polotenechko. After proofing, the dough has risen again abenaim, already adding raisins.
step-3
We divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out the dough sausages, which are twisted in the harness. Can be divided into 3 and weave a braid. Make a circle and connect the ends. In order to ensure that the product was the correct round shape I put it in split form, the laid parchment. In order to in the middle of the left hole, put a tin can from corn, which is used to bake cakes. that well may be in the form of a cake pan with a tube.
step-4
The formed product put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Here is how it I have increased. Lubricates the beaten egg ( I used just the yolk). Put it into the oven at a temperature of 200 deg. until tender. Baking time depends on your oven.
step-5
That's so pretty I got. A little cool in the form, then put on the grill until cool.
