Banana walnut shake
This drink is cooked for 5 minutes, but despite the speed and ease of cooking, it turns out very tasty and healthy!

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Peeled bananas cut and Porirua together with nuts.

Add to pureed bananas with nuts milk and honey. Well all whisk blender. Honey, you can add more or less to your taste, depending on sweetness of bananas.
