Vegetable hash Browns
Very thin pancakes, crisp, somewhat similar to the chips. Perfect in the post, and for a snack, and when I want something crunch under the film. Prepare very simple and of the most available ingredients. The highlight of this dish adds soy sauce "Kikkoman"

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Mineral water

    250 ml

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes cooked until tender

A little bit of broth left and mash the potatoes into a puree. Add the flour

Gradually pour in mineral water until the consistency of yogurt

Pour in vegetable oil, soy sauce and salt to taste

Bake pancakes on a heated pan with 2 sides
